    本機組從基材放送、印刷、油墨烘干、成筒、粘邊、切袋、計數(shù)輸送疊袋整個工藝流程均配置有先進的電氣系統(tǒng)及機械裝置，基材從投料到制袋成品在一個工藝流程中連續(xù)完成，自動化程度高，制袋工藝先進、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)合理、筒袋美觀牢靠。特別是本公司開發(fā)的PLC印記切割（按印刷色標跟蹤切割）控制系統(tǒng)，控制切割精度在1mm以內(nèi)，準確可靠。

主要特點：
    采用變頻調(diào)速，具有自動上膠、成型、扯斷、計數(shù)等功能。

工藝流程圖：
    卷料 → 過料 → 分層 →中道糾偏→中縫上膠→局部打孔 →成型→多層牽引→側(cè)邊點膠→切斷（定長短）→拉斷→ 光電計數(shù) → 整袋輸出 → 成品。
