卷料 → 過(guò)料 → 分層 →中上膠 →成型→多層牽引→  切斷（定長(zhǎng)短）→拉斷 → 光電計(jì)數(shù) → 整袋輸送 → 成品。

二、主要特點(diǎn)：
具有人機(jī)介面調(diào)節(jié)（觸摸屏）、變頻調(diào)速， 高精密伺服控制系統(tǒng)、PLC編程控制系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)、輸出等等�？刂葡到y(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單方便：卷材機(jī)械自動(dòng)止動(dòng)；色標(biāo)自動(dòng)追蹤功能；自動(dòng)上膠；成型；拉料；光電感應(yīng)；不需要更換齒輪任意定長(zhǎng)、切刀冷熱兩用切斷等功能。
三、設(shè)備主體結(jié)構(gòu)：
（1）、主機(jī)頭鋼板采用45#鋼板40mm厚；
（2）、放料組件結(jié)構(gòu)采用12mm厚的鋼板，表面經(jīng)過(guò)處理3層油漆處理；
（3）、中間支承則采用120#槽鋼（產(chǎn)地：馬鋼）；
（4）、卷材放料機(jī)組采用氣漲軸芯：4套（45#鋼；表面經(jīng)這高頻淬火；能承受重量為1.3噸）；
（5）、其它機(jī)械部份結(jié)構(gòu)與零件采用45#、A3、鑄鐵件等等。
